Baby massage is much more than simply relaxing with your baby, it is a way of communicating with touch. My baby massage classes are unique and I offer a more tailored approach to you and baby’s needs. Parents and carers can either book on to a 5 week course or alternatively book a 1:1 workshop at a time convenient to you and baby.

 

At each class I will teach you the practical 'hands on' baby massage techniques to encourage sleep and relaxation, to aid digestion, soothe common ailments and to develop positive relationships between you and your baby. I  will teach you the specific techniques required to massage each area of the body and the theory behind the techniques whilst incorporating some multi-sensory stimulation and a range breathing and relaxation techniques for both you and your baby.

 

Classes are run from my home in Chase Meadow, Warwick. Due to the nature of the classes I do require pre-booking to ensure numbers are kept to a minimum. On arriving you will be provided with mat, and towels for your baby to lie on, sensory stimulating resources, a cushion to sit on and of course, all the  tea, coffee and biscuits that you need! You will also have the opportunity to purchase a luxury bottle of Neal's Yard organic baby massage oil at a reduced price. Notes to accompany the practical aspects of each class will also be provided. Classes are suitable for babies from around 8 weeks to 10 months or until crawling.
