Cancellation Policy
I respectfully ask you to provide me with 48 hours notice of any changes to your appointment or in the event of cancellation. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing 48 hours notice I am often unable to fill that appointment time. I understand that emergencies or illness can occur at inopportune times and so wherever possible, I will endeavour to reschedule your appointment. However for last minute cancellations (less then 24 hours notice) you will be charged 50% of the service fee. 'No shows' will be charged 100% of the service fee. When I require to cancel an appointment I will do my best to give advanced notice of any cancellation due to illness, emergencies or bad weather and will attempt to reschedule appointments wherever possible.
Late Arrival Policy
I understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, I ask that you call or text if this ever occurs so I can do my best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so often I cannot exceed the reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage treatment. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return I will do my best to be on time.
Inappropriate Behaviour Policy
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to my massage. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behaviour exhibited I may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
New Client Registration Form and Contraindications
To ensure I work with my clients safely I do require certain information regarding health, medications, illness and allergies. As a new client you will be required to complete a New Client Registration Form before an appointment. The form can take up to 15 minutes to complete. Please allow plenty of time to read through the questions carefully and answer all parts to the best of your knowledge. Certain medical conditions are contraindicated for massage. Please ask if you require more information regarding contraindications.
Coronavirus Liability
Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, COVID-19, I am taking extra precautions with the intake of each client, the health history review, as well as sanitisation and disinfecting practices.

I am a registered member of the MTI (Massage Training Institute) and the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapies)
